Data61 is Australia’s leading digital research network focused on creating your data-driven future. Data61 is at the forefront of developing new transport initiatives and is the sole contractor assisting the NSW Premier’s Innovation Initiative - Congestion Priority and TfNSW’s key partner for the Cooperative Intelligent Transport Initiative (C-ITS). Data61 and JYW Consulting will be responsible for designing the Northern Beaches network.

The Research Centre for Integrated Transport Innovation (rCITI) is based in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney Australia. rCITI represents a strategic effort with research and industry partners that unites and augments research in the sustainability of transport infrastructure and operations. UNSW is undertaking the survey and data collection.
RouteMatch Software brings innovative passenger transportation technologies that help more than 600 public transit agencies transform rider experiences and manage operational costs. Our goal is to make taking public transit more convenient and accessible to all riders so they can get to work, medical appointments, school, or wherever life takes them- on time and safely. This is done through our scalable intelligent transportation systems (ITS) platform for fixed route and demand response operations. RouteMatch have provided the optimisation engine and booking application.
GoGet is operated by CarShare Australia, formed to bring car sharing services to Australia. Founded in 2003 by directors Nic Lowe and Bruce Jeffreys, the company has developed a range of business and IT systems that enable the delivery of consulting, technical services and the provision of on-the-ground car share facilities. GoGet provides the full fleet of vehicles of the Northern Beaches on demand trial.
